Ok guys. Just wanted to let you all know that I REALLY enjoyed reading all of your responses to my questions (even if they were completely irrelevant to the question I asked). It was almost to the point that I actually WANTED to check my email at home because I knew that there would be something entertaining to read (instead of just spam, though I could consider some of those comments spam....).
Thanks very much for doing such a good job with the readings, and for inciting some very thoughtful discussion.
Last Question: If you had a large sum of money and were forced to send each of your favourite English teachers (and by that I mean myself and Mrs. Douziech) on a trip (for the sake of your IB grade, of course), where would it be?

It depends on how well my IB oral goes.
It'll range between Switzerland and Swaziland.
I'd obviously send you to wherever your heart most desires. France, Australia perhaps? Although I'm sure the study of Old English in Oxford would be quite enlightening.
I'd send you guys to the "ISLAND" ooooohhh oga booga cough* boo. and jus fer kicks i'd take any extra money and buy a truck load of pies, tie up grayson to a giant wheel that spins, and fire
P.s. The pie won't be good tasting muhaha
What?
haha, probably somewhere in Europe.. like Greece or Rome or London? haha.. or Egypt? to see the pyramids..
i don't know.. i'll just buy you a jet with unlimited fuel and an around the clock pilot to fly you wherever you want to go. haha =)
wellll seeing as you are english teachers i wouldn't send you anywhere foreign. I'd send you to texas or Louisianna to correct their bad grammer because I know that is what you'd get the most satisfaction out of.
Ummmmmmmmm probably to Fort Wash and Wood Mountain so that you could see the place where Walsh is set. I know nothing would bring you more joy.
Hmmm, where I would send my English teachers to?.....To England of course!! :D (Cheesy, yes I know, but I couldn't resist...heh)
I would send you anywhere you wanted to go!! Places like London or Paris would be awesome.
Haha well, I'd love to share part of the money with you both if I had a large sum of money. And it wouldn't be for the sake of my IB mark. I'd send you both to anywhere you wish to go! To the moon, maybe? Or not :). Whereever it is, the choice is yours.
Hmm something that probably interests the both of you would be somewhere with interesting historic background. So the places that I would send would probably be greece, to see how the theatres were built back then; england, to look at shakesphere's theatre; china or italy, these places were origins to the opera; hmm other than that, any other place that may be of good interest.
Lol what James said, was what I thought, since Mrs Douziech does have alot of... Shakespeare pictures around her room O.o;;;; Now..... if you guys weren't going for the "historic" part, I would send you guys too..... where ever you guys want.... but since the "decision" is put on me.... probably... Japan? some where foreign to you guys I think, Like a place where you don't have a clue about it o.o;; who knows maybe the new experience could spice up your life O.o? NOT SAYING your life is boring... *shifty eyes* Lol seriously.. I wasn't o.o;;
I'd send you guys to India, so you can meet my grandma and see my nice big house. Then you can go see all the nice and different areas of India, that you would never see anywhere else in the world.
:D maybe to a beach haha:)Copacabana? or Boracay? or to Egypt or a round trip to Europe! somewhere fun, exciting [and breathtaking] but relaxing....
also spend a night to a sevenstar hotel at Dubai. Perhaps.. round trip around the globe:) [that's what money can do!]
I don't really know... choice is yours!:)
Since I believe in the constant improvement of the IB program, why not send you to see the IB schools. My two personal choices for you ladies to visit would be India and Whales. You could enjoy the lovely scenery while finding other IB teaching methods to share with your students and improve the IB program. This would make everyone even more enthusiastic about English IB than they already are!
This one's easy. Greece and Italy. Weren't they like the beginnings of civilization or what not. So you can indulge your selves in all the Greek Theatre and opera you could ever want.
Mooo. Mooo-low. Loooow. Lowing. Loooow.
Sooooooo. Soooo scared. Don't want to get eaaaten. Muuuust maaaake miiiilk.
*practices bovine look and movements.*
wrong play
are you sure this is an IB class. Nobody knows how to use grammer or smell. Even you justin.
hmmm... if you guys had to go together, i think i would send the both of you to... sri lanka. because i havent been there yet and i would like to find out what it's like. if you guys were going individually, i think i would send ms. fowler on a trek along the silk road, and mrs. douziech on a three month tour of australia. because i feel like it. and mrs. douziech would do lots of surfing and rock climbing. =D
grayson is a cutie
